Projects appear on the site only when they are registered and available to market. Prices, payment plans and handover dates come from the developer and are checked before they are shown. Where a current price cannot be shown, we invite you to request it.

Developer names are used to identify projects and do not imply any endorsement by, or partnership with, that developer.

Any purchase is made directly with the developer under the developer’s sale and purchase agreement. Payments are made to the project’s escrow account, never to Offplanradar.

Please use the forms only for genuine enquiries and do not submit other people’s information without their permission. We may remove or ignore submissions that appear automated or abusive.

Links to government or developer websites are provided for reference. We are not responsible for the content of those sites, and you should rely on the official source.

The text, design and images on this website belong to Offplanradar or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy or republish our content without asking.
