Where a permit is required, its details are shown on the project record. How we are paid will be disclosed here and in writing before you proceed. We make no promises about returns.

Permits on project records
Where a permit is required for a project we market, its details are recorded against the project and shown on the opportunity where required. If we cannot confirm the permit, the project is not shown as available to market.
Registration and escrow rules also apply to off-plan projects in each emirate. You can check a project's registration, escrow account and permit with the relevant authority, and we explain how in consultations.
