Privacy policy
We collect only what you enter in our forms: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, preferred contact method and, if you share them, your property requirements. We use it to reply to you and prepare your consultation. We keep it for 24 months after our last contact, we never sell it, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time.
Who we are
This website is operated by Offplanradar, an off-plan property consultancy for international buyers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Offplanradar.
This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through offplanradar.ae. It applies to the consultation form, the contact form and launch updates.

How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a shortlist, arrange a consultation and follow up on your request. As soon as you submit the first step of the consultation form, your details are saved and passed to an adviser, even if you do not complete the second step.
When you submit a form, we send you an email confirming what we received. Launch updates are sent only if you signed up for them, and every update includes a link to unsubscribe.
Your phone field suggests a country code based on the country your connection comes from. This is worked out when the page loads and is not stored.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records your visit so we can see which pages are read. It is switched off until you accept, and it is never linked to the details you send us in a form.
We do not use your information for automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you go on to buy through us, we keep the records a completed purchase requires for as long as the law requires.
Launch-update subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Unfinished consultation requests are kept on the same basis as completed ones.
Your rights
See your information
Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correct it
Ask us to fix anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
Delete it
Ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it for a completed purchase.
Stop emails
Unsubscribe from launch updates with one click in any update, or ask us to stop contacting you.
Object or complain
Object to how we use your information, or raise a complaint with the data protection authority where you live.
Contacting us about your information
To exercise any of these rights, reply to any email you have received from us or use our contact page. We respond within 30 days.
We protect your information with access controls, encrypted connections and spam protection on every form. Please do not send passport copies, bank details or payment information through the website or by email.
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date it was last reviewed.
