Private consultation
Book a private consultation by video or phone
A free video or phone call with an adviser to go through your requirements, review a shortlist of up to three homes, see when each payment falls due and which costs sit on top of the price, and take away the questions for your own lawyer and tax adviser.
What the consultation covers
Your requirements
Property type, price range, emirate, objective and timeframe, and any handover or developer preference.
A shortlist review
Up to three homes, what was checked on each and the questions still open.
Every payment and cost
When each staged payment falls due and the costs on top of the price.
Questions for your own advisers
What to ask your own lawyer and tax adviser before you commit.
Find the UAE home that fits your plans.
What happens after you send the form
The form has three short steps: how to reach you, what you would like to discuss, and your objective and timeframe. Your details are saved when you press Continue, so an adviser can still help if you stop part-way.
An adviser then contacts you by the method you chose to agree a time, and your consultation is booked once that time is agreed. Launch emails are a separate, optional box.
Decisions on tax, contracts and finance stay with your own advisers
The consultation explains homes, payments and costs. It is not legal, tax or mortgage advice or a suitability assessment.
Six commitments behind every consultation.
How the firm is paid, and why it matters to youA purchase this size deserves someone who shows you the full picture, including what could go wrong, before you commit a deposit.
Every cost before you commit
Total price, registration fees and each payment stage, set out in your own currency before you pay anything.
Honest about fit
Up to three options, and fewer if fewer fit. If off-plan does not suit your plans, you are told plainly.
A second opinion on any offer
Bring an offer from a developer or another agent and have its cost, payment plan and contract points checked before you commit.
Told how the firm is paid
Before you decide on anything, including whether a developer on your shortlist pays the firm.
Checks before you see a home
Registration, the project escrow account, the developer’s record and a current price, checked before a home reaches you.
Your time, your privacy
Video, phone, WhatsApp or email in your time zone. Your details are used only to reply, and launch emails only if you ask.
Three steps, no obligation.
No account, no fee, no pressure to proceed. You decide whether to go further.
