Arancia Yards 2 in brief

Arancia Yards 2 follows the first Arancia Yards phase within The Yards, BEYOND's 165,000 sqm masterplan in City of Arabia. Its four residential buildings are raised above the landscape, leaving room for gardens, shaded walkways and communal areas beneath and between them, with a sunken garden at the centre.

Homes come in 1, 2 and 3-bedroom layouts with floor-to-ceiling glazing, private balconies and terraces, and 3.1-metre ceilings in all living areas. Select ground-floor homes have 4.0-metre living-room ceilings. Many homes overlook the central garden, the courtyards or the wider Green Spine.
