  2. 02

Before you pay an Imtiaz booking deposit

  1. View a finished Imtiaz building

Handed-over buildings exist in JVC, Jumeirah Garden City and on Dubai Islands. View one, or have someone you trust view it, before judging finish.

  2. Confirm the seller and escrow account

Projects sit in separate companies. Confirm the seller and escrow account named in your sale and purchase agreement.

  3. Confirm Oqood registration

Check that your sale is entered in the Interim Property Register through Oqood.

  4. Ask about nearby supply

With many Imtiaz buildings on Dubai Islands, ask how many similar units complete around the same time as yours.

  5. Read the delay clauses

Completion quarters are developer-stated targets. Read what your contract says if one is missed.

  6. Check what a mixed-use building permits

In live-work or serviced-residence schemes, check what the building rules allow before planning to live in or let a unit.

What you can hold us to

Six commitments behind every consultation.

A purchase this size deserves someone who shows you the full picture, including what could go wrong, before you commit a deposit.

How the firm is paid, and why it matters to you
  1. Every cost before you commit

Total price, registration fees and each payment stage, set out in your own currency before you pay anything.

  2. Honest about fit

Up to three options, and fewer if fewer fit. If off-plan does not suit your plans, you are told plainly.

  3. A second opinion on any offer

Bring an offer from a developer or another agent and have its cost, payment plan and contract points checked before you commit.

  4. Told how the firm is paid

Before you decide on anything, including whether a developer on your shortlist pays the firm.

  5. Checks before you see a home

Registration, the project escrow account, the developer’s record and a current price, checked before a home reaches you.

  6. Your time, your privacy

Video, phone, WhatsApp or email in your time zone. Your details are used only to reply, and launch emails only if you ask.

How it works 08

Three steps, no obligation.

No account, no fee, no pressure to proceed. You decide whether to go further.

  1. 01

    Share your requirements

Your contact details, then property type, price range, emirate, objective and timeframe. It takes about two minutes, and no financial documents are needed.

  2. 02

    Review suitable options

Up to three opportunities, each with its costs, payment timings, the reasons it was selected and what to consider. If fewer fit, you get fewer.

  3. 03

    Discuss next steps

Talk to an adviser about the options, what to verify independently and what reserving involves. There is no pressure to proceed.

Questions 09

Answers before you share any details.

If your question is not answered here, an adviser can go through it with you during a consultation.

Start with its dated handover notices, which name each building and month, from Westwood in December 2023 to Beach Walk in March 2026. Then confirm the building’s status in DLD records and view a completed one if you can.

No. Its projects offer apartments from studios to three bedrooms, plus penthouses at The Symphony. It has no named villa or townhouse project.

No. All its launched projects are in Dubai, from Dubai Islands and JVC to Dubailand and Meydan.

Completion quarters are developer-stated. Your sale and purchase agreement sets the date and what happens if it is missed, so have your lawyer read those clauses before you pay. The apartment earns no rent until handover.

Read your sale and purchase agreement first, as it sets any conditions for selling before completion. In Dubai, any sale of an off-plan unit is void unless it is entered in the Interim Property Register.

Listing Imtiaz here does not mean a partnership or endorsement. Developers may pay commission where that applies; how the service is paid is disclosed on the Disclosures page and confirmed to you in writing before you proceed. The checks on this page apply whoever sells to you.
